The Qatar International Exhibition Centre is located in the centre
of the capital city of Doha. It occupies a site of 82,000 square
metres, with an indoor exhibition hall of 10,000 square metres,
8,000 square metre outdoor exhibition area, 1,000 square metres
of paved car parking, and 5,000 square metres of goods yards, loading
& unloading bays and contained storage parks.

Qatar's rapid economic and commercial expansion is projected to
extend into the next millennium, making it one of the most vibrant
countries in the region. Demand for goods and services will reach
record levels, making Qatar an ideal market for new suppliers and
products through exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
In addition to a significant oil industry, Qatar has one of the
world's largest offshore recoverable natural gas fields. It has
probable gas-in-place that is estimated to exceed 370 trillion standard
cubic feet (TSCF), thus establishing Qatar as a leading supplier
of clean burning gas.
