- The IPTC Press Room is located in the Qatar International Exhibition Centre. The hours of the Press Room are:
- 0900 to 1730, Monday, 21 November
- 0730 to 1730, Tuesday, 22 November
- 0730 to 1500, Wednesday, 23 November
- A limited number of tickets will be available for press who are interested in covering the following IPTC special events:
- IPTC Keynote/Awards Banquet (Monday, 21 November; 1930 - 2230)
- IPTC Topical Luncheon (Tuesday, 22 November; 1300 - 1430)
- IPTC Invited Luncheon (Wednesday, 23 November; 1300 - 1445)
Sign up sheets for these events will be in the Press Room. Distribution of tickets will be on a first come, first served basis.
