Conference materials and badges will not be mailed in advance, but should be collected at the Conference Registration Desk, Al Dafna Foyer, Sheraton Doha Conference Centre for conference delegates, and at the Qatar Intl. Exhibition Centre for exhibitors, students, and exhibit visitors during the registration hours.
Full Conference Registration Fee includes: admission to all technical sessions and exhibition, one (1) conference CD-ROM Proceedings, buffet luncheons at the Qatar International Exhibition Centre and daily coffee breaks.
One-Day Registration Fee includes: admission to all technical sessions and exhibition, buffet luncheon at the Qatar Intl. Exhibition Centre and coffee break for that day only.

Students: Registration for students is complimentary, and includes admission to all technical sessions, exhibition and coffee breaks at Qatar Intl. Exhibition Centre only. Students are required to fax a photocopy of their current student ID with the registration form, or show their student ID when they collect their badge on site.
Spouse/Partner:
Registration for spouse is complimentary, and includes Spouse Welcome Coffee, admission to exhibition and coffee breaks at Qatar Intl. Exhibition Centre.
Visitor: Registration for visitors is complimentary and includes admission to the exhibition and coffee breaks at Qatar Intl. Exhibition Centre. Visitors are required to submit a copy of their business card when collecting their badge on site.
Advance registration guarantees one (1) CD-ROM Proceedings which is available for collection at the Conference Registration Desk, Al Dafna Foyer, Sheraton Doha Conference Centre. Additional Proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form for US$200 (member) and US$300 (non-member). Proceedings may be purchased during registration hours at the conference. Participants, however, are encouraged to order the Proceedings in advance, as on-site availability is limited.
A spouse/partner welcome coffee programme will be held at 1000 hours on Monday, 21 November, at the Al Ghazal Tower Lounge, Sheraton Doha Hotel & Resort. A representative from the tour organising company will be present to provide information on the tours available during the week.
