UAE is clear of all epidemic diseases and is largely mosquito-free. No specific vaccinations are required to enter the country, however if you are travelling from a known epidemic area, it is advised that you check for any special requirements prior to travel.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle service will be available for all conference participants. The shuttle buses will transport conference attendees to and from the Dubai World Trade Centre and the official conference hotels.

Parking Bays at Dubai World Trade Centre

Ample public parking at a nominal fee will be available at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Spouse Welcome Coffee

A spouse welcome coffee programme will be held at 1000 hours on Tuesday, 4 December. A representative from the tour organising company will be present to provide information on the tours available that week.

Luncheons

Daily buffet lunches are scheduled 1230-1400 hours in Exhibition Hall 8. Luncheon tickets are included in full conference registration. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased on-site at USD50 per ticket.
