Citizens of the following countries do not require visa to enter Dubai and can obtain the entry permit on arrival:

Countries not listed above

Citizens of countries not listed above must obtain a visit visa in advance through their hotel in Dubai.  Please allow 10-14 working days (Sunday-Thursday) for visa processing.

Upon receipt of the visa requirements documents from your hotel, please complete the same and forward to the hotel for processing:

  • Visa application form
  • Scanned copy of the passport
  • Credit card authorisation form
  • Scanned copy of both sides of your credit card

Please ensure that the hotel receives all the required documents sufficiently in advance to avoid delays.

Visa Fees and Deposit

The visa rates applicable are between AED180 (approx. USD50) to AED340 (approx. USD94) depending on normal or urgent processing time. The visa rates will be communicated by the hotel along with the room confirmation. The visa fees are charged prior to processing and are non-refundable. Please allow 10-14 working days (Sunday-Thursday) after the submission of all the required documents for visa processing.
 
Please note that as per the UAE regulations, all hotels charge a security deposit of AED 5,000 (approximately USD 1,370) for each visa request. This deposit is refunded once the delegate has left the UAE, and the exit stamp page is faxed to the hotel. Please allow 2-3 weeks time for the hotel to process this refund after the receipt of the exit stamp page.

Please also check with your travel agent or the UAE Embassy in your country on regulations relating to immigration and visas before your departure.
