Hotels
All registrants are encouraged to book their hotel accommodation as early as possible.
Please choose your preferred hotel, download and print the Hotel Booking Form
, and return the completed form by fax to Dubai Congress Management (DCM). (The fax number is on the form.) An acknowledgement receipt will be sent out within 96 hours. The hotel will send your confirmation one month prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you require a visa to enter Dubai, the visa requirements will be forwarded by the hotel for visa processing. Visas will not be processed without hotel accommodation. See the Immigration and Visas page for details.
All rates listed below are in US Dollars (@1USD = 3.65 AED) per night, per room, inclusive of 10% municipality tax, 10% service charge and Buffet Breakfast.

Airport Transfers
Airport transfers are not included in the above rates. Some hotels offer complimentary transfer whilst some charge a nominal fee. The rates will be advised with the confirmation. Local taxis are available from the airport, and rates to most hotels in the city is around AED100 (approximately USD28) and to the beach is around AED150 (approx USD42).
Complimentary Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle service will be available for all conference participants. The shuttle buses will transport conference attendees to and from the Dubai World Trade Centre and the official conference hotels.
Parking Bays at Dubai World Trade Centre
Ample public parking at a nominal fee will be available at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
