Conference Materials and Badges

Conference materials and badges may be collected at the Conference Registration Desks located at the Foyer, Exhibition Halls 6 (exhibitors and visitors) & 7 (conference delegates) at the Dubai World Trade Centre, during registration hours.

On-site Registration

Delegates may register on-site at the Conference Registration Desks located at the Foyer, Exhibition Hall 6 (exhibitors and visitors) &  Hall 7 (conference delegates) at the Dubai World Trade Centre during the following registration hours:

Sunday, 2 December 1200-1730 hours
Monday, 3 December 0900-1730 hours
Tuesday, 4 December 0730-1730 hours
Wednesday, 5 December 0730-1730 hours
Thursday, 6 December 0730-1500 hours

Students

Registration for students is complimentary, and includes admission to all technical sessions, exhibition and coffee breaks. Students are required to fax a photocopy of the current student ID with the registration form, or show their student ID when they collect their badge on-site. Student registration does not include CD-ROM Proceedings or any function tickets.

Spouse/Partner

Registration for spouses is complimentary, and includes the Spouse Welcome Coffee Session scheduled 1000-1100 hours on Tuesday, 4 December, and admission to the exhibition and coffee breaks.

Visitors

Registration for visitors is complimentary and includes admission to the exhibition and coffee breaks. Visitors are required to submit a copy of their business card when collecting their badge on site.

Conference Proceedings

Advance registration guarantees one (1) CD-ROM Proceedings which is available for collection at the Conference Registration Desk. Additional Proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form or purchased during registration hours at the conference for US$200 member and US$300 non‑member. Participants are encouraged to order the Proceedings in advance, as on-site availability is limited.

Additional Luncheon Tickets

Daily buffet lunches are scheduled 1230-1400 hours in Exhibition Hall 8. Luncheon tickets are included in full conference registration. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased on-site at USD50 per ticket.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to IPTC c/o SPE Middle East Office FZ-LLC. Note that substitutions will be accepted.

Cancellation Date Refund

After 15 October

Refund less US$125 or 25 % of registration fee, whichever is greater

After 25 November

No refunds will be made

Exhibitor Registration

All exhibitors MUST register. Please take note that for every 9 square meters booked and paid, 2 vouchers are issued. Those 2 vouchers can be redeemed for one of the following two choices :

  • 1 full conference registration (includes access to technical sessions, exhibition, daily coffee breaks and buffet luncheons, poster session reception and 1 CD-ROM Proceedings) or
  • 2 exhibition only registrations for booth personnel (includes exhibition, daily coffee breaks and buffet luncheons and poster session reception).

Please fill in the Exhibitor Registration Form PDF and return it by or by email by 25 November in order for the badges to be ready for pick-up on site.
