SPEAKER / AUTHOR CHECK-IN
The Speaker/Author Check-In Room is located at Rooms 408-409, Level 4, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. IPTC staff will be available to assist you during the conference hours. Authors are requested to report to the Speaker/Author Check-In Room after receiving their registration package. Author check-in will be open during the following hours:

Committee, authors and session chairpersons register at the Presenter/ Author/Committee/Session Chair rate. Early Bird registration deadline is 20 October 2008 (save US$100!), and advance registration deadline is 24 November 2008. (Note that if you register as a paid exhibitor personnel, you will not have access to the Technical Sessions.)
We recommend that authors register in advance and collect your badge and registration package at the conference. The Conference Registration Counter is located at Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. On-Site Registration hours are:

ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation at selected hotels in Kuala Lumpur where a room block with “special rate” is being held for 2008 IPTC conference delegates. Hotel information and booking form. We would recommend that authors and committee members stay at the Traders Hotel, which is adjacent to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (the conference venue). In order to secure accommodation, we recommend early reservations before the deadline date of 30 October 2008.
