IPTC YOUNG PROFESSIONALS WORKSHOP: “Energising the Industry”
As many Young Professionals are being placed with a higher level of responsibility in the industry, a greater emphasis is being put on young employees to step into challenging technical and managerial roles. Equally important, the Young Professionals have the responsibility to be proactively involved with the leadership development process to be creative and innovative in order to meet the challenge. To help address this issue, the International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) has developed a Young Professional Workshop, which will bring together the next generation of leaders, those 35 years of age and under, to discuss their perspectives of a way forward to energise the industry.
