HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

All registrants are encouraged to book their hotel accommodation as early as possible.

Should you require a visa to enter Qatar, the visa requirements will be forwarded by the hotel for visa processing. Visas will not be processed without a hotel reservation.

Deadline for hotel bookings is 15 October 2009, after which rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

Prices are listed in Qatar riyal (QAR) (1USD = 3.65 QAR), per night, per room.
