Exhibit Rates

Space Only Exhibitors: Minimum space required for this category is 18 sqm

  • Normal rate (after 20 April 2013)—USD 645/m2
  • Special rates available for very early bookings (before 30 November 2012). This category caters only for exhibitors/sponsors at previous IPTC events. Please contact us for further details.

Double Decker Stands: Minimum stand size required for this category is 60 sqm.
Double Decker stands are available at 50% surcharge per sqm on the upper deck actual floor space.

Shell Scheme Exhibitors: Minimum space required for this category is 9 sqm

  • Normal rate (after 20 April 2013)—USD 695/m2

Shell Scheme Exhibitors will receive (for each 9 sqm) the following benefits:  1 Standard Power Point Connection, Three Fluorescent Tube Lights, Overhead Fascia Panel with Organisation’s Name and Stand Number, Wall-to-Wall Carpet, Meeting Table with Two Chairs, One lockable Cabinet, One Waste Bin, 2.50m High Octanorm Shell Construction—Aluminum Poles and White Laminated Panels

All Exhibitors will receive additional Passes and Invitations as per the suggested sliding scale:

How to Exhibit

Once your organisation has decided to become a part of this prestigious event, please follow the steps bellow:

  1. Review all the Terms and Conditions and Exhibit Regulations carefully
  2. Select your three (3) preferred stand locations
  3. Complete and return the Exhibit Space Reservation Contract with the required 50% deposit of the total cost of the exhibit space
