This session discusses how companies can upskill workers by:
- Capturing the expertise of seasoned professionals and converting knowledge into accessible digital procedures using AI
- Systemically using Machine Learning and AI technology to perform additional inspections and error checking to augment QA/QC
- Capturing real-time data in the field to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Technology can help enable less experienced workers to perform complex tasks efficiently and effectively. The benefits of effectively leveraging technology to promote workforce development are numerous. It reduces paperwork, minimizes errors, and decreases overall operational costs. To overcome the global labor shortage and keep pace with demand, using technology to transform and enhance knowledge is not just “nice to have” — it’s now a must.
