Badges can be collected at the Self Check-In Kiosk during the following hours:

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

IPTC is committed to the safety and well-being of all attendees. Please take note of the following safety and security measures:
- Medical assistance is available at the Medical Room located at Level 3 of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from Saturday, 15 February – Friday, 21 February.
- Security checkpoints will be in effect at the main entrances to the convention centre. To avoid delays, please do not bring large bags or bulky items.
- No one under the age of 15 is permitted in the exhibition halls during the official show hours.
- No outside food and drinks are allowed in the exhibition hall and conference session rooms.
- Attendee badges must be worn at all times within the convention centre.
- Attendee badges are non-transferable.
- Using a badge assigned to another person is grounds for confiscation.
- Some sessions may become overcrowded due to their popularity. IPTC must adhere to room capacity policies in such cases. To ensure access to sessions, please ensure to arrive early.
- In the event of an emergency, IPTC staff and/or convention centre staff will provide attendees with the necessary information and instructions.
