Datin Ts. Habsah Nordin leads the PETRONAS Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, overseeing AI policy, strategy, governance, ethics, and the enablement of use cases and technology. She is pivotal in fostering a culture of pervasive AI to create value across the organization. Previously, she played a crucial role in institutionalizing the Data Center of Excellence, which facilitated seamless data liberation, the development of the Enterprise Data Hub (EDH), and the scaling of advanced analytics. She spearheaded PETRONAS' knowledge management digital transformation, leveraging digital and AI technologies to integrate structured and unstructured data, thus liberating both data and knowledge within the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, USA, and has been with PETRONAS since 1995, holding various leadership roles in IT, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing, Transformation, Internal Audit, Project Management, Data, and Knowledge Management.

She has completed leadership programs at INSEAD and Duke University and is a certified solution-focused coach (CSFC), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®), and Certified Artificial Intelligence Transformation Leader (CAITL ). Habsah is an Adjunct Lecturer and Industry Advisory Panel member at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, contributing to the Computer & Information Science Department for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Since March 2023, she has served as the President of the DAMA Malaysia Forming Chapter – Kuala Lumpur.

Recognized for her dedication to driving data and digital transformation, Habsah was honored in the Visionary category by the SPARK Asia 200 Digital Leaders Award 2023.
