EMERGING LEADERS FORUM - International Young Professionals (YPs)
Calling all future leaders looking to enhance their professional and management skills! The IPTC Emerging Leaders Forum will offer the opportunity for YPs to get together for a day of inspiration, education, and collaboration.
This interactive one-day programme aims to bring together high-performing individuals, who are at the earlier stages of their careers. The Forum will appeal to YPs looking to advance into management and hone their professional skills by learning from key executives in the industry. Additionally, this event will give emerging leaders the chance to engage with their peers to discuss the industry, and how the new era of leaders will contribute to its future development. The emerging leaders will also have the chance to engage with industry and management professionals from around the globe, providing attendees with the chance to debate critical issues, develop vital skills needed for the future of work, and address key challenges. Activities may include leadership simulation training, panel and speaker sessions, round table discussions, and more.
A Young Professional (YP) is defined as someone aged 38 or below or having less than 10 years of experience in the industry.
