Member Rates
To be entitled to member rates, participants MUST provide a membership number from the following professional associations:
- AAPG - American Association of Petroleum Geologists
- EAGE - European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers
- SEG - Society of Exploration Geophysicists
- SPE - Society of Petroleum Engineers
Note: For multiple association it is mandatory to provide membership number for each one.

Payment Options
All payments and invoices will be issued in USD only and subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club.
Exchange rate USD = SAR 3.750 as per Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority
NOTE: Wire transfer is not a payment option on the registration site. All payments must be paid in full during the online registration process.
If you wish to receive an invoice to process payment via wire transfer, please send a request to the registration team via email iptcreg@iptcnet.org. Additional instructions will be given.
Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for this event, participants consent to allow IPTC to store and process the information submitted in the registration form and to provide participants with information about this event in accordance to IPTC Privacy Policy; and accept the Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by sending the request to iptc@iptcnet.org.
| 1. | Registration Fee |
| a. | Fee DOES NOT include accommodation. IPTC will provide details of recommended hotels in the event website. |
| b. | Registration is non-transferable without written notification to IPTC. |

Registration of participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an acceptable employer’s letter of guarantee. |
| d. | IPTC reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event. |
| e. | Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated. |
| 2. | Taxes |
| Fee are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country are the sole responsibility of the Participant. |

| 3. | Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| a. | USD 150 (excluding VAT) for cancellation received up to 14 days prior to the first day of the event. |
| b. | No refund for cancellation received 13 days prior to the first day of the event. |
| c. | No-shows are not eligible for refunds. |
| 4. | Privacy Policy |
| a. | IPTC cares about the protection of participants’ personal information. IPTC complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, in collecting and processing your data. IPTC’s Privacy Policy describes the information practices regarding how IPTC collects, uses, discloses, or transfers the Personal Information that participants share with IPTC or that IPTC collect about participants when participants attend one of IPTC events, visit IPTC websites, or use event mobile applications. | b. | IPTC will not be liable to Participants for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by Participants as a result of or in relation to IPTC modifying, postponing or cancelling the event or any part of the event. |
